Whole Company Securitizations allow businesses the flexibility to optimize their capital structures through the issuance of asset-backed debt. These transactions are structured to isolate revenue-generating assets in a bankruptcy remote Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), while allowing a company to retain its role as operator.
