of your mouse and keyboard. This
will aid the analyst in diagnosing
and resolving the
problem at hand.

1: Please type the unique connection
code (provided to you by the
analyst) into the text

2: You will be prompted to download
a small plug-in.
3: Your desktop will then be
visible to the analyst; with
your permission the analyst
can
take control of your keyboard
and mouse
4: You may end this session
at any time.
