MBIA Global Funding, LLC is a Global Medium term Note Program. A fully owned subsidiary of MBIA Inc., MBIA Global Funding issues global 144A/Regulation S medium-term notes that are insured by MBIA Insurance Corp.

  A special-purpose bankruptcy remote entity established to acquire both fixed and revolving investment grade structured financial assets. Meridian match funds investments through the issuance of medium term notes issued in U.S. or European markets in U.S. Dollars and other currencies.   A special-purpose bankruptcy remote entity established as a means of offering low cost funding alternatives to investment grade and non-investment grade corporates and financial institutions. Funds investments through the issuance of U.S. Dollar denominated asset-backed commercial paper. Assets are insured by MBIA Insurance Corp.
