Deborah Zurkow
Managing Director
Deborah Zurkow is a managing director of MBIA’s International Division, head of Global Public Finance for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Based in London, Ms. Zurkow oversees infrastructure, government, utilities and Public Private Partnerships/Private Finance Initiatives financings throughout the region. Before assuming her current position, Ms. Zurkow managed the company’s European fixed income investor relations.
Prior to joining MBIA in 1994, Ms. Zurkow was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan Securities in the firm’s Public Finance Division. An alumna of Wellesley College, Ms. Zurkow holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
