Mr. Witthohn's areas of expertise include portfolio analysis and statistical performance review. He has over 20 years of experience in working with public entities on their investment portfolios and has additional experience in the areas of institutional mutual funds and bank portfolio management. Mr. Witthohn has a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree from the University of Colorado.
