Thein
Director
Eva Thein is a director in MBIA’s
Enterprise Finance – Healthcare
Unit of the Global Public Finance
Division. She is a senior member
of the Healthcare Unit with responsibility
for analyzing a wide range of
healthcare credits for the new
business unit of MBIA. She joined
MBIA in 1983 and her other assignments
have included monitoring and remediation
of the MBIA insured healthcare
portfolio. Prior to joining MBIA
Ms. Thein was an assistant program
manager with the New York State
Medical Care Facilities Agency,
where she was responsible for
coordinating all aspects of hospital
capital financings. Ms. Thein
is an alumna of the State University
of New York and holds a Master’s
of Science degree in healthcare
policy and management from the
Harvard School of Public Health.
She is a member of the Municipal
Forum of New York. |
