 Brett
Parker
Managing
Director
Brett Parker is a managing director
and head of MBIA’s International
Structured Finance Group. Previously,
Mr. Parker was head of the Commercial
Securitization Group. Prior positions
at MBIA include product manager
for the Commercial Real Estate
Group and risk underwriter for
Structured Finance secondary,
commercial real estate and corporates.
Before joining MBIA, Mr. Parker
held numerous positions at Deutsche
Bank AG in both new business and
risk. Most recently, he was global
head of credit for all securitization
products, including ABS, CMBS
and CDOs. Prior to that, he served
as a risk officer for the Leveraged
and Structured Finance Group in
London covering Europe and regional
head of the Singapore-based Asia
Structured Finance Group. Mr.
Parker received his Bachelor’s
in International Economics and
Russian Language from the Monterey
Institute of International Studies
and Master’s of Finance degree
from the School of Foreign Services
at Georgetown University. |
