He is responsible for modeling and pricing all bond types and asset classes for public finance, structured finance and international deals. In addition, he manages the public finance secondary market platform. Mr. Krzemienski joined the company’s Utility Department as an analyst in 1987 and was named assistant vice president three years later. In 1994 he was promoted to vice president in the Secondary Markets Group. He moved to the company’s Global Pricing Group in 2000 as director. Prior to joining MBIA, Mr. Krzemienski was a budget analyst with the New York Power Authority and the New York State Division of the Budget.
