 Patrick Kelly
Managing Director
Patrick Kelly is a managing director
and head of MBIA’s CDO, Real Estate
and Secondary Market Groups within
the Global Structured Finance
Division. In this position he
is responsible for writing protection
on a variety of CDO transaction
types including arbitrage and
balance sheet CDOs as well as
transactions employing derivative
and synthetic CDO structures.
He also oversees securitized transactions
of residential mortgages and deals
in the secondary market. Previously
Mr. Kelly was a director in the
Consumer Asset-Backed Group where
he managed all types of consumer
and related assets including auto
loans, credit cards, and rental
fleet transactions, as well as
term transactions and conduit
and medium-term note executions.
Mr. Kelly also held a position
in the Quantitative Analytics
Group. Before joining MBIA, Mr.
Kelly worked at Deutsche Bank
and was head of Structured Product
Development for Lewtan Technologies.
Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. in Management
from the University of Massachusetts
and an M.B.A. in International
Finance from Babson College. |
