He is a product manager in the Commercial Securitzation Group focusing on Commercial Real Estate related transactions. Previously, he held positions in Structured Finance Secondary Markets Group and the Residential Mortgage Group with focus on non-US transactions. Before his roles within Structured Finance, Mr. DeVito was a credit officer in the Risk Management area with focus on ABS, MBS and CMBS and prior to that single-family housing. Before joining MBIA, Mr. DeVito was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst with Dollar Dry Dock Bank, NY, and began his career with the Irving Trust Company.
