Having joined MBIA in 2001, Mr. David has taken on increasing responsibility in the International Division. Formerly with Ambac Assurance Corporation, Mr. David was head of European Project Finance in the company’s London office. Prior to that he was head of infrastructure at The Industrial Bank of Japan where he arranged joint mandates in Infrastructure and PFI. He also worked for Lloyds Bank in a similar capacity.
