 Pat
Brosnan
Director
Pat Brosnan joined MBIA in 1992,
and is currently a director in
the Commercial Securitization
Group, focusing on CMBS pools,
CRE CDOs and any commercial real
estate application. She has held
various positions at MBIA Insurance
Corporation, including manager
of Meridian, MBIA’s medium
term note conduit program and
ran their insured GIC program
prior to the merger with CapMAC.
Immediately prior to working in
the Commercial Securitization
group, Ms. Brosnan worked on corporate
transactions, including insurance
products, future flow, and loans.
Before joining MBIA, she spent
several years at MetLife. Ms.
Brosnan has a B.S. in Economics
and Finance from Fordham University
and an M.B.A from NYU.
